WSQ stands for Workforce Skills Qualifications — the national credential framework recognised by SkillsFuture Singapore. The WSQ Food Hygiene certification (often called the Food Safety Course Level 1) is the baseline food handler training mandated by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) for anyone preparing or selling food in Singapore.
