I’ve worked in cafes and the food & beverage industry, where I learned that making a great drink is about more than just following a recipe. I spent my time observing, practising, and perfecting techniques, from whisking matcha properly to balancing flavours and presenting drinks beautifully. Every workplace taught me something new, and those experiences inspired me to create a little cafe of my own.
