For any question about your order, account, or the app, email us at hello@sidestop.sg. We typically reply within 1 to 2 business days (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm SGT). Please include your order ID (if any) so we can help faster.
Problem with an order — missing items, wrong pickup time, payment not going through? Open the order from the Orders tab in the app and tap “Contact us”, or email support with your order ID.
Trouble signing in, need to change your phone number, or want to delete your account? Email us from the address on your account and we'll sort it out. Account deletion is also available from your profile settings in the app.
Payments are processed by Stripe. If a charge looks wrong or a refund hasn't landed after 5 business days, email us with the order ID and we'll investigate.
